Looking for a quick dip to make? This savoury salty creamy feta dip, topped with a sweet roasted red peppers salsa to balance all the flavours, is what you need! To be enjoyed with some pita chips, crackers or crusty bread.
Place all the ingredients into a blender or mixer and let it blend for a few minutes until the mixture is nice and smooth. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Red pepper salsa instructions
Chop finely the roasted red peppers and add to a bowl.
To this bowl add all the remaining ingredients and mix well together. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Assembly
Layer generously the feta bowl in a shallow bowl or plate.
Drizzle on top some of the red pepper salsa together with some of its oil on top. Finish it off with fresh cracked pepper and nigella seeds. Serve with pita chips or crusty bread. Enjoy!
